West German Chancellor Ludwig Erhard received today for an hour Dr. Felix Shinnar, head of the Israel Mission in Cologne in a farewell meeting. Dr. Shinnar is leaving West Germany this weekend. In Israel, he will be on call for special assignments by the Government.
