The Palestine government is now preparing an amendment to the immigration law that will permit the entrance of immigrants under the so-called capitalist category even if they have less than the present required minimum capital of $5,000, it was learned today. In 1930 a total of 191 such immigrants were admitted to Palestine. Of this number 178 were Jews.
