A fellowship in Hebrew ethics and literature has been established at Brandeis University by the Michael Tuch Foundation of New York. Under terms of the grant, the University will select a graduate student each year as recipient of the fellowship in the field of Judaic studies. Selection of the first Tuch Fellow will be made prior to the Fall semester opening in September. The Foundation was established in 1948 by the late Michael Tuch, an immigrant from Germany. The Foundation’s annual Fellowship gift to Brandeis was announced by Eugene Tuck, an officer of the Foundation, New York attorney and nephew of the Foundation Founder.
