A Hebrew-speaking lodge of the B’nai B’rith has been established here with Dr. Israel Brodie, emeritus Chief Rabbi of Great Britain, as president. The 50-odd founder-members include Professor Norman Bentwich whose father, the late Norman Bentwich, was president of the first B’nai B’rith lodge in Britain, in 1910.
