Rabbi Stephen S. Wise will be the principal speaker at the commencement exercises of the Hebrew Teachers College here Sunday, June 15. This year’s exercises mark the first occasion of the granting of degrees to ten graduates by the College which is empowered by the state board of education to give the degrees of Bachelor, Master and Doctor of Jewish Education.
