The Plumer Scholarship, at the Hebrew University, named for Lord Plumer, former High Commissioner of Palestine, and valued at $500, will be given in the coming academic year to a graduate of a foreign university, according to an announcement today from the offices of the University. The scholarship will be granted for a monograph in Arabic studies and the monographer must know Hebrew and do his research at the Hebrew University.
