The collective punishment hearing for Hebron is set for Wednesday, but may be postponed again if attorney Abcarius is unable to attend. Preliminary examination by the authorities shows that Hebron is capable of paying $500 000 but it is doubtful whether any such sum or one even approaching it will be levied by the government since that is the total voted by the government for compensation to the entire country.
