The Board of Deputies has submitted a memorandum to the Home Office complaining against the numerous cases of deportation and the obstacles imposed upon immigrants who sought naturalization. In his letter, Mr. Henderson declares that these conditions are due to the fact that Great Britain has not yet returned to normalcy.
