Henry H. Rosenfeld of New York will be in charge of the financial headquarters of the La Follette Campaign, which were opened here yesterday in the Machinists Building. It has been estimated that the expenses of the campaign will amount to not less than $3,000,000.
Mr. Rosenfeld, who was a director of the American-Jewish Relief Committee, will collect funds from the labor unions, the Farmer-Labor and Socialist groups and other affiliated bodies.
Mr. Rosenfeld has been authorized to prepare a budget as soon as possible. This will provide for radio speeches and moving pictures as well as the usual campaign necessities. Mr. Rosenfeld will divide his time between New York and Washington and he will have la large force of field agents busy in New York within the next ten days.
