Henry Meyer, a violinist in the LaSalle Quartet and a Holocaust survivor, died at 83. He succumbed to heart disease Monday in Cincinnati. Born in Dresden, Germany, Meyer was a child prodigy, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported.
