Henry Morgenthau, former United States Ambassador to Turkey, will be the speaker at the first spring luncheon of the Women’s Division of the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies at the Hotel Astor on March 1. Mrs. Sidney C. Borg, vice-president of the Federation and chairman of the Women’s Division, will preside. Mr. Morgenthau will speak on “Vocations and Avocations.” The purpose of the luncheon is to announce plans for the division’s participation in the 19##7 program of the Federation. In the 1925 campaign, the division raised about $50,000.
