Henry S. Waldman of Elizabeth, New Jersey, was named chairman of the International Organizations Employees Loyalty Board yesterday by Philip Young, chairman of the United States Civil Service Commission.
The board has authority to inquire into the loyalty of United States citizens employed by the United Nations and other international organizations of which the U.S. is a member. Mr. Waldman was secretary of the board from last September until his appointment to this post.
