Herbert Morrison, former Foreign Secretary in the last Labor Government of Britain, told the Inter-Parliamentary Union session here that Israel desires peace, but that the Arab nationalists want to destroy the Jewish State. Mr. Morrison made his statement in the course of the general debate at the IPU session.
