Dr. Chaim Weizmann was received by Prime Minister Herriot. In the course of their conversation Herriot assured the President of the World Zionist Organization that he is in full sympathy with the aims and purposes of the Zionist movement.
During his stay in Paris, Dr. Weizmann also interviewed the Socialist leader Blum, who is now Under-Secretary of the Merchant Marine in the French Cabinet. Mr. Blum is now a member of the Keren Hayesod Committee in France.
