The ninth world conference of the Herut-Zionist-Revisionist world organization opened here last night with hundreds of delegates and guests from 30 countries in attendance.

Dr. Shimshon Junitchman, chairman of the world executive, called for all Revisionists to migrate to Israel, demanded the end of the “shekel” system of representation at World Zionist Congresses and denounced the Labor coalition in the Israel Government. He asked the Soviet Union to open its doors for Jews who wanted to come to Israel. Menachem Beigin, Israel Herut leader, predicted that in the next Israel general election the major contest would be between the Mapai and the Herut parties.
