The Herzliah Teachers Seminary of New York will celebrate its thirteenth anniversary Wednesday evening, it was announced yesterday.
A dinner will be given at the Plaza Hall followed by a theatre performance at the Yiddish Folks Theatre. A committee of 250 outstanding Jews in the community, well known scholars, writers, and communal leaders is sponsoring this celebration.
The Herzliah Teachers Seminary is the first centralized Hebrew High School in New York, conducting two departments, a High School and a Teachers Seminary and is chartered by the University of the State of New York.
