The American non-Zionists entered the Jewish Agency with the same lofty motives that actuate any Zionist, declared Dr. Maurice B. Hexter, one of the triumvirate charged with disbursing the Palestine Emergency Fund, in a published statement here today.

“Felix M. Warburg takes his responsibilities seriously. Inevitably clashes of method have occurred but I have no doubt that these complications will be ironed out. At the March meeting of the Administrative Committee certain changes may come about. Non-Zionists were always told that the enlargement of the Jewish Agency means not only increased funds but increased man-power and thought.”
