Hezbollah gunmen killed an officer with the Israel-allied South Lebanon Army and took another soldier captive during an assault Saturday on an SLA outpost in the southern Lebanon security zone. The assault came during a day of heavy fighting that included two other Hezbollah attacks on SLA positions in the region.
