Hezbollah is accusing Israelis and Americans of deliberately causing its Web site to crash by bombarding it with hits. The group’s webmaster said he has the names of more than 8,500 servers, mainly in Israel and the United States, that have been hitting his site regularly. “This is Israeli technological warfare,” he said.
