Hezbollah is still in talks with Israel on a second prisoner exchange, the Lebanese militia’s leader said. “I assure you that negotiations are still going on with the German mediator,” Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah told supporters last Friday. “But there is a commitment from the sides not to discuss details in public so we don’t face complications.”
