Bernhard Jacobson, a representative of the Hias-Ica Emigration Society has arrived here from Istanbul, by way of Sofia, to arrange for the emigration of Jews desiring to leave the country. The government has announced that no obstacles will be placed in the way of Jews who wish to emigrate.
