A survey of more than the 1,000 Jewish veterans of the Polish armed forces who are now in England and France will be made to ascertain their occupational skills and inmigration preferences, it was announced by the London office of the HIAS, which has arranged with the Advisory Committee for Jews in the Polish Forces to handle all emigration matters for the demobilized soldiers. It is known that several hundred of the veterans wish to emigrate to North and South America with their families to join relatives overseas.
