Three hundred and fifty-nine Jewish refugees were either settled in new countries or enabled to return to their native lands through the Hicem offices abroad, during the month of March, according to a report made public yesterday by the Hebrew Sheltering and Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS). The disposition of these 359 cases entailed a cost of 229,020 francs (approximately $15,000).
