–The Central Office of the United Emigration Society Hicem, Hias-Ica-Emigdirekt, has been transferred from Berlin to Paris. Dr. M. Kreinin, the president of the Emigdirekt, and Dr. Dijour, its emigration expert, are leaving Berlin to reside in Paris.
