High Commissioner Warns Arabs Against Rash Actions; Visits Jewish and Arab Settlements

The Palestine Government intends to maintain the status quo in the country and uphold law and order against anyone. Jew or Arab, who attempts to break it, Palestine High Commissioner Sir Alan G. Cunningham declared to## during a tour of Arab and Jewish villages in northem Palestine. His trip followed that of Lt. Gen. Gordon H.A. MacMillan, British military commander, and members ## his staff, who yesterday toured Upper Galilee and conferred with Jewish leaders ##ere on the security situation.
