A complaint by a New York City Jewish voter that his voting rights had been “impaired” because he had to register and vote in a church hall was dismissed yesterday by the New York State Court of Appeals, the highest court.
Without a written opinion, the high court upheld decisions of lower tribunals which rejected the complaint by Morris Berman.
