An appeal for $250,000 to help Israeli flood victims was launched here today by the Histadrut campaign offices here. The fund-raising effort was launched following receipt of a cable from the Israeli labor federation in Tel Aviv reporting the aid program for disaster victims established by Histadrut institutions.
