The sixteenth annual convention of the National Hebrew Organization Histadruth Ivrith of America will open Friday morning at the Hotel Ostend, Atlantic City, N. J. More than 300 delegates and guests from various parts of the country are expected to attend. The Presidential message will be delivered by Rabbi Solomon Goldman of Chicago.
