The presiding judge in the retrial of Count Helldorf, the Commandant of the Hitlerist Storm Troops in Berlin, and the other prisoners who were found guilty of participating in the anti-Jewish excesses in the Kurfuerstendamm last Rosh Hashanah made a formal complaint to-day when the accused appeared in court wearing their Hitlerist uniform.

Seven of the accused have been heard by the court so far.
