There was much amusement to-day in the Thuringian Diet at the expense of the Hitlerist Deputies when it was found that they had voted in favour of the budget for Church (religious) requirements, without realising that one of the items included provides for subsidies towards the salaries of the Rabbis. The House rocked with laughter when the attention of the Hitlerists was drawn to this fact after the voting.
