Hitlerite Riot Cases Put over to May 16

Magistrate George H. Folwell, sitting in the Sixth District Gates Avenue Court in Brooklyn, Friday morning, continued to May 16 the cases of Rudolph Yurkowich and Lou Meyers charged with disorderly conduct as a result of rioting near Schwaben Hall where Ridgewood Nazis recently celebrated Hitler’s birthday.

Meyers, who resides at 192 Utica avenue, is a member of the National Blue Men of America and is represented by Alderman Walter R. Hart. Jurkowich lives at 809-A Gretne avenue. Both were injured during the fracas and Meyers was treated at the Beth El Hospital.
