Funeral services were held here yesterday for Simon Bunevich, 85, one of Passaic’s pioneer Jewish settlers.
Born in Russia, Mr. Bunevich came to this country and Passaic forty years ago. He took a prominent part in orthodox Jewish activities. He was one of the founders of the Hebrew Lebowitz Fellowship association, and one of the oldest members of the Passaic Hebrew Independent Benevolent association.
