Funeral services for Dr. Isador Abrahamson, one of New York’s best-known neurologists and physicians, were held yesterday in the Blumenthal auditorium of Mt. Sinai Hospital. Dr. John Haynes Holmes, pastor of the Community Church, to which Dr. Abramhamson belonged, and Dr. B. Sutro Oppenheimer, officiated at the ceremonies. Burial was held yesterday afternoon at the Mount Pleasant Westchester Cemetery, Mount Pleasant, N. Y.
Dr. Abrahamson died Monday at his Summer cottage at Loon Lake, N. Y. He was 61 years old, and had been in poor health for the last year. He is survived by his widow, the former Miss Stella Heidelberg; his daughter, Miss Edith Abrahamson, and a brother, Gustav Abrahamson, all of New York.
