Der Wenderkreis, a German-American organization sponsoring a movement to have the Nobel Peace Prize awarded to Carl von Ossietzky, German pacifist at present held in a Nazi concentration camp, will hold a meeting tomorrow night at the New School for Social Research, 66 West Twelfth Street.
The following are scheduled to speak: Aldermanic President Bernard S. Deutsch, Prof. Franz Boas of Columbia University, Prof. Hegemann of the New School, Arthur Garfield Hays of the American Civil Liberties Union, Prof. J. Lipps of Columbia and Prof. Frank Kingdon, dean of Dana College, Newark.
