Despite the Memorial Day holiday today several hundred women worked at top speed in a last-minute effort to add ten thousand contributors to the $500,000 twenty-fifth anniversary campaign of the Brooklyn Federation of Jewish Charities. The drive ends tomorrow.
At the final luncheon and report meeting tomorrow in the main dining room of the Abraham and Straus store, district chairmen and team captains will turn in their lists. Speakers will include Supreme Court Justice Mitchell May and County Judge Algeron I. Nova. Mrs. Nathan L. Goldstein will preside.
