A message from the underground movement in occupied Poland reaching here today states that “there are still possibilities for saving the surviving Jews” and appeals for practical rescue measures to be taken by the Allied Nations. The message was addressed to the Jewish member of the Polish National Council, Dr. Ignacy Schwartbart, and to the representative of the Jewish Bund, the Jewish labor party of Poland.
