The Homefurnishings Club of the Brooklyn Federation of Jewish Charities is organizing a drive for a thousand new trade members, according to an announcement yesterday by Samuel Goldstone, chairman, following a meeting held, at the Unity Club, Brooklyn. The meeting was addressed by Samuel J. Faeder, chairman of the NRA Compliance Board of District No. 1.
The club, which has at present more than 200 members in the industry, was organized last winter as a unit of the Furniture division of the Federation. Harry Michaels is president of the club, and other officers are Samuel Goldstone, Samuel Shapiro, Joseph Michaels Jr., Henry Sakoisky, Louis R. ## and sol M. Bersch.
