Harry L. Hopkins, Federal Relief Administrator, will be the principal speaker at the second annual meeting of the Community Council of the Jewish Charities of Chicago on Sunday, March 3, it was announced here today.
Paul R. Kuhn was nominated to succeed himself as president of the Community Council in the report submitted by the nominating committee headed by Judge Hugo M. Friend. Dr. S. S. Hollendor, chairman of the arrangements committee for the annual meeting, is being assisted by S. D. Schwartz, chairman of the program committee.
