A bill prohibiting advertising of hotels, resorts or other places of amusement as restricted because of race, color, creed or ancestry, went into effect here this week following its signature by Gov. Kohler. The new state legislation provides penalties up to six months’ imprisonment or fines up to $100 or both for violation of the anti-discrimination measure.
