“House of Greed” is the new Soviet film at the Acme Theatre. Based on the famous Russian novel, “The Golovlev Family,” by Saltykov-Schedrin the picture is a satirical record of three generations of a family of landowners who succumb to their passions and petty manias and gradually sink to the lowest level of moral degradation.
