The House Immigration Committee in executive session yesterday discussed the parliamentary procedure to be followed regarding the bill reported by the Committee recently for amendment of the immigration law. The vote will be taken today on this question which will largely determine how soon the bill will be presented for action to the House. It is also understood that the vote will be taken today on the National Origins Plan which the Senate recently decided to postpone for a year. Meanwhile consideration of the Holaday Voluntary Alien Registration Bill has been suspended pending decision on the foregoing matters.
