The Hebrew Orphans’ Home of Hudson County, located in Jersey City and catering to the needs of the Jewish dependent children of the entire county, starts Monday on a membership campaign. President Joseph E. Bernstein, chairman of the drive, and Albert E. Brager, superintendent and general campaign manager, have delivered final messages to the workers and received prelimnary reports from the team captains.
The drive is for the purpose of supporting the seventy wards of the Home by means of membership contributions. No effort is being made to secure capital funds as the home is debt-free. The requirements are budgetary only.
