The local Hungarian daily, Amerikai Magyar Nepszava, reported yesterday from Geneva that Hungary’s delegate had rejected Rumanian Foreign Minister Moescu’s attempt to win Hungarys support with a promise not to molest the Hungarian minority in Rumania provided the Jews were excluded from the agreement. The Hungarian delegate reportedly told M. Micescu that his Government did not differentiate racially.
