A Foreign Ministry spokesman confirmed today that Hungarian Government had abandoned its policy of tacit acquiescence in the movement through the country of illegal emigrants from Rumania seeking to reach Austria Germany. All such emigrants will be returned to their homeland if apprehended, ##d.The spokesman denied rumors that 170 Jews sent back to Rumania over the weekend been mistreated. He stated that no more than 40 had been assigned to a rail##ar, and each car had a stove and a wash basin.
