Hungarian Jews are in a state of great anxiety over an announcement made by Deputy Tiber Eckhardt, the President of the antisemitic Union of Awakening Magyars, and former secretary to Count Bethlen, who was until recently for ten years Prime Minister of Hungary, that he is arranging for the formation of a new Hungarian Nationalist Party, following a Conference which he has had with Hitler in Munich, and which will be conducted on Hitlerist lines with the Hitlerist programme.
