(Jewish Telegraphic Agency)

Complaint of discrimination against Jews by the Hungarian government in the distribution of land under the provisions of the agricultural reform act was voiced in a memorandum submitted to the Hungarian government by the Union of Jewish Communities.

The memorandum urges the government to consider the needs of the Jewish population when it allocates land under the act and complains that while other sections of the population received land, the Jews have been practically excluded. The fact of the matter is that all land available under the act has already been distributed.
