Count Stefan Bethlen, the Hungarian Prime Minister, speaking today in the Chamber on the bill to regu late Municipal elections, declared that the policy of hatred and anti-Semitism must now come to an end. He wished that the sober and more moderate Christian elements would join with the Liberals and with the Conservative Jews. It was his earnest wish that the policy of hatred and anti-Semitism should disappear from Hungary.
