The State Lottery Administration today suddenly cancelled all licenses held by Jewish managers of lottery offices, although the new anti-Jewish law provides cancellation only after four or five years. The managers will not be compensated. It is estimated that they brought to the State a net income of four to five million pengoe yearly.
The Budapest municipal authorities have given notice to 50 Jewish stall holders in the second hand goods market on the pretext that an equal number of Christians have applied for their stalls.
