The official gazette today published an order putting into effect for newspapers, actors and musicians the law for restriction of Jewish participation in economic and cultural life to 20 per cent. This proportion must be reached by Dec. 31, 1939, in these fields. Information on the personnel of newspapers and theatrical enterprises must be submitted to the authorities by Aug. 16.
