Husbands who refuse to give their wives Jewish divorce papers soon may be unable to evade the rabbinate in Europe. At a meeting in Brussels next month, the Rabbinical Center of Europe is to discuss creating an “Interpol-style” organization to document and track such men, The Jerusalem Post reported Tuesday.
